About success of the company can be judged by different criteria. People are important for Uzbek-Chinese Trade House, that's why we measure our success by the number of services provided and the trust that our clients have in us.

 

Three people in a small office located in one of the fastest growing regions of the world. Hundreds of companies opened and closed around us every day. Time went by for minutes here, and the market changed every day. Therefore, working online and always being on the short leg with manufacturers was the first rule that we learned in the Chinese market.

 

 

This understanding helped us to prepare the first delivery of equipment for Uzbek entrepreneurs in a short time. I remember it was equipment for furniture and woodworking, as well as packaging equipment and several production lines. The Uzbek market was just beginning to establish contacts with the Celestial Empire, and local businesses were cautious and distrustful of Chinese companies. Moreover, at that time it was believed that Chinese equipment, to put it mildly, did not differ in quality. Entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan seldom visited the advanced eastern coast of China, preferring the then underdeveloped West (Urumqi), which had a negative impact on the reputation of the Chinese machine building industry as a whole. Accordingly, the challenge for us was to overcome these stereotypes, be honest and open up real China with its technologies and industries to entrepreneurs. Therefore, the second rule that we have adopted for ourselves is always to work transparently. Understandable conditions, opening of contracts and full trust on the part of partners have become the rule of success.

 

Next year, the volume of orders increased and we expanded our office in Guangzhou, and the total number of employees reached 10 people. We have established deliveries of special equipment from China, established cooperation with new partners, strengthened our activities in the field of trade and economic relations.

 

The Uzbek-Chinese Trade House operates with the support of the General Representative Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the People's Republic of China, as well as the Chamber of Commerce of Exporters and Importers of Guangzhou Province (PRC).

 

In 2008, we opened a new office in Urumqi. Our team grew to 25 people, and sales volumes increased 2.5 times (compared to 2007). But the new frontier of business development was the expansion of the representative office in Uzbekistan, the development of China Business Travel brand. We had to become even closer to our customers.

 

How did we develop our business?

 

For the Uzbek-Chinese Trade House (UKTH), 2009 began with the opening of an agency and dealer network in the regions of Uzbekistan. UKTD branch in Kokand was the first to open, and by 2010 there were 28 agency offices in Uzbekistan. Development in the regions was accompanied by difficulties due to the specifics of work. After all, customers often come to us without any specific requirements to the equipment and address us with general project plans. This is how the third rule of Uzbek-Chinese Trade House was formed: to advise clients on a wide range of issues, and to provide a full range of services: from searching for equipment manufacturers to issues of logistics and customs support.

 

 

We have also started to develop actively in the area of special equipment supply. For this purpose, a new company "China Leasing Group" was established, which represented the largest manufacturers of special equipment in the market of Uzbekistan, as well as used a new financial instrument - leasing. Among other things, the package of offered services was expanded and a service center for warranty and post-warranty maintenance of construction equipment was opened

 

The Chinese market is a wide sea of offers. Here you can find everything: equipment, raw materials, technologies. But there is always a question of quality and price of the product. Therefore, it is easy to get lost in this sea, or, even worse, to become a victim of fraud. Uzbek-Chinese Trade House has become a reliable partner for Uzbek businessmen and for many years we have been providing high service and quality of services.

 

In 2011, the foundation was laid for the Industrial Business Center "Technoplaza". The geography of activity of the first travel agency in Uzbekistan working exclusively in the field of business tourism (mice) was expanded, which led to the rebranding of International BusinessTravel. In the direction of business tourism, we have achieved impressive success: we have provided assistance in sending and visa support to more than 600 businessmen to China, Vietnam, the United States and the Czech Republic.

 

Thus, the Uzbek-Chinese Trade House actively developed in three directions - supply of equipment and raw materials, supply of special equipment and business tourism.

 

New records of Uzbek-Chinese Trade House

 

In 2012, we celebrated our first anniversary - more than 1000 clients were served. Behind these figures there were hundreds of deals for the supply of equipment and special equipment, sending delegations to international exhibitions. The company has signed partnership agreements with the U.S., Italy, Germany, Korea, Turkey and the Czech Republic. Our clients visited such forums as "Bauma China 2012" and became regular participants of "Canton Fair".

A new impulse for the company's development was the completion of the construction of the Techno Plaza UBC, where our Tashkent office with a team of 50 people was located. "Techno Plaza" became the first industrial business center of Uzbekistan. Here, samples of the best equipment and special equipment were placed, and the convenient location of the center increased the flow of customers.

 

In 2015, we celebrated a new anniversary figure - 5000 entrepreneurs took advantage of the company's services!

 

Today Uzbek-Chinese Trade House is the leader in search and supply of equipment, special machinery and business tourism in the Uzbek market. During this time, we have come a long way from a small company to a holding company that connects businessmen and entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan with the best Chinese producers who are leaders in their industries.
